Sewing Klatch began March 16, 2013 with a group of gals that met at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa in Southern California. The purpose was to support missionaries around the world by providing sewn items that they could distribute to orphans, elderly, homeless, disabled and others as they reached out with the love of Jesus around the world. They sent out 370 dresses and 70 boys shorts to Manilla, and 32 dresses to Haiti. In 2018, the group produced 13, 093 items that went around the world.
